Southern Cooking Pecan Pie
The classic pie is the pecan pie. Smooth, nutty and with a buttery crust we all know and love.
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2/3 cup butter
2 cage free eggs
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup packed brown sugar (light or dark, but I prefer light)
Preheat the over to 350 degrees Combine ingredients above and mix well. Use miniature muffin tins and spray or wipe with cooking oil Pour the batter in each cup until it is 3/4th full Bake for about 17-18 minutes
